OBSESI: LEADER LISTENS

The moment to chat with the leadership of the Jambi Province BPS, the time has come. Friday (28/1) morning, Agus Sudibyo emphasized that the OBSESI (Morning Session Chat) initiated by the Change Management team is a form of reform in the organization that can become a medium or a means to facilitate leaders in absorbing the aspirations of all employees.

“The leader needs to listen. Where do you want to take the Jambi Provincial BPS? In addition to listening to the aspirations of employees, Obsession, which is planned to be held every month, will also present the latest issues of BPS.

“Like today's edition of Obsession, I need to convey that BPS has three major activities in 2022. SBH (Survey of Cost of Living), 2020 Advanced Population Census, and preparation of the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST). All colleagues are expected to be the public relations officers for BPS Jambi Province to convey these activities to neighbors, colleagues, relatives, or anyone”, continued Adib.

In addition, Adib also conveyed the plan to develop 11 Beautiful Villages (Cinta Statistik) in Jambi Province this year. Adib urges employees who may have relatives or relatives to become Kades/Lurah can try to approach, asking about what data or policies the village needs.

Closing his directive, Adib also invited employees to provide support for the Statistical Corner development plan at Jambi University. "We will try to make sure that the campus can feel that the Jambi Province BPS library is on their campus," explained Adib.
