This year, BPS will carry out one of President Jokowi's mandates, which is to collect initial data on socio-economic registration (regsosek). The purpose of this activity is to provide a system and database of the entire population consisting of profiles, social conditions, economy, and welfare levels that are connected. The purpose of this activity is to provide a system and database for the entire population consisting of profiles, social, economic conditions, and welfare levels that are linked to population master data and other databases up to the village/kelurahan level.
With this activity, the government will have a database of the entire population of Indonesia equipped with several social and economic variables.
The drums for the implementation of regsosek have been sounded nationally, not least in Muaro Jambi Regency which was marked by the activity of regional coordination meetings with the Office/Agency as well as sub-district heads, village heads and village heads throughout Muaro Jambi Regency on 20 September 2022 yesterday.
The meeting resulted in the full support of the Regency Government through the Muaro Jambi Regional Secretary, as well as the Muaro Jambi forkopimda. This support is contained in a charter signed by the Regional Secretary and the Forkopimda of Muaro Jambi Regency.
In his remarks, Muaro Jambi Regional Secretary, Budhi Hartono, asked for a solid collaboration between the local government and villages/kelurahan.
Collaboration is needed so that efforts to build this socio-economic registration database can run smoothly, safely and are able to achieve the goals that have been set.
Efforts to collaborate have been carried out by BPS, including coordinating with the PPA Social Service, the Communications and Informatics Service, the PMD Service, the Regional Secretary and the Regent of Muaro Jambi Regency. BPS Muaro Jambi Regency also involves the village/kelurahan government in regsosek through requests for recommendations from village/kelurahan officials.
With the recommendation of officers from this village, it is hoped that they will be able to bring up officers who are reliable, agile and able to carry out the task of collecting the initial data collection of the 2022 regsosek well.
This initial regsosek data collection is in the form of a census, meaning that all Indonesian residents will later be recorded within the period from October 15 to November 14, 2022. The need for officers in Muaro Jambi Regency is 522 officers.
It consists of 18 sub-district census coordinators (Koseka), 133 Field Inspection Officers (PML), and 522 Field Data Collection Officers (PPL). All officers will be trained first before carrying out the initial regsosek data collection activities.
Let's support BPS' efforts to produce a socio-economic database by accepting arrivals and providing the best possible answers to every question raised by officers. (Jambi data/)
