Critical Thinking Through Writing, Improve ASN Competence

BPS Jambi Province always strives to improve employee competence, as a form of implementing Bureaucratic Reform and core values ​​of BerAKHLAK. Writing activities, especially in the form of Scientific Writing, have been attempted through a forum called MEDIAN (Scientific Data and Analysis Education Media) since 2018. Not only writing, employees involved in this work team are also challenged to learn to review incoming writings and manage journals online based on a website.

As a process, until now MEDIAN continues to improve both in terms of the quality of writing and its management. MEDIAN has also begun to spread its wings. The writings published in MEDIAN do not only come from BPS ASN circles in the Jambi Province. Students from the University of Jambi have also succeeded in contributing their interesting ideas to MEDIAN.
