• The number of labor force in Jambi Province in August 2017 reached 1,725 thousand people, increasing by 32.44 thousand people compared to the labor force in August 2016 and compared to August 2015 increased by 103,881 thousand people.
• The number of people working in Jambi Province in August 2017 was 1,658 thousand people, an increase of 33,295 thousand compared to the situation in August 2016, and increased 107,414 thousand people compared to August 2015.
• The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) in Jambi Province in August 2017 was 3.87 percent. When compared with the TPT in August 2016 which reached 4.00 then the figure of August 2010 TPT decreased, so also if compared to the TPT August 2015 which reached 4.34.
