Abstract

Farmer's Farmer's Exchange Rate (NTP) in November 2017 was 102.73, up 1.31 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The increase in NTP due to the Farmer Accepted Price Index rose by 1.58 percent while the Paid Price Index of Farmers (Ib) rose by 0.27 percent.

In November 2017, NTP of Jambi Province for each subsector was recorded at 95.93 for the Food Crops Sub-sector (NTPP); 93.95 for Horticulture subsector (NTPH); 108.96 for the Subsector of Plantation Crops (NTPR); 99.24 for Livestock sub-sector (NTPT) and 102.25 for Fisheries sub-sector (NTNP) which consists of Fishing Fish (NTN) of 108.85 and Aquaculture (NTPi) of 95.17.

Rural inflation in Jambi Province was recorded at 0.34 percent. Inflation occurred in seven groups of household consumption ie Foodstuffs group, Food, Beverage, Tobacco, Housing group, Clothing group, Health group, Education, Recreation and Sports group and Transportation and Communications group.

Agricultural Household Trade Rate (NTUP) of Jambi Province November 2017 was 110.19 or up 1.48 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.
