Consumer Tendency Index of Jambi Province Quarter III-2018

The Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) of Jambi Province in the third quarter of 2018 amounted to 95.61, which meant that consumer perceptions of the quarterly economy tended to be pessimistic compared to the previous quarter. The economic condition of consumers is mainly due to a decrease in the volume of consumption of the population with an index value of 90.91 and the effect of decreasing inflation and income contributing to the index value of 96.74 and 96.98.

Meanwhile, consumer perceptions of the economy of Jambi Province in the coming quarter are estimated to be still not optimistic, although slightly increasing compared to the current quarter with a record ITK value of 97.95.
