Farmer Exchange Rates Jambi Province March 2020 amounting to 104.85 or down 2.07 percent.

Abstract

The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of Jambi Province in March 2020 was 104.85, down 2.07 percent compared to the NTP the previous month. The decline in NTP was due to the Farmer Received Price Index (IT) which fell by 2.14 percent while the Farmer Paid Price Index (Ib) fell by 0.07 percent.
In March 2020, the Jambi Province NTP for each subsector was 101.47 for the Food Crop subsector (NTPP); 101.89 for the Horticulture sub-sector (NTPH); 105.86 for the People's Plantation Plant sub-sector (NTPR); 97.53 for the Animal Husbandry sub-sector (NTPT) and 104.96 for the Fisheries sub-sector (NTNP) consisting of 106.74 Capture Fisheries (NTN) and Aquaculture (NTPi) at 98.99.
Rural inflation in Jambi Province was recorded at minus 0.10 percent or there was deflation. Inflation occurred in seven household consumption groups, namely the Clothing and Footwear group; Housing, Water, Electricity and Household Fuels group; Household Equipment, Equipment and Routine Maintenance group; Health group; Recreation, Sports and Culture groups; Food and Beverage / Restaurant supply groups and Personal Care and Other Services groups. While the Food, Beverage and Tobacco group; the Transportation group and the Information, Communication and Financial Services group experienced price changes. Meanwhile in the Education group there was no change in prices.
The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Enterprises (NTUP) of Jambi Province in March 2020 was 105.76, down 2.19 percent compared to NTUP the previous month.
