Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in January 2021 was 26.50 percent, or lower than the ROR in the previous month which was 40.74 percent.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in January 2021 was 15,325 people, while in December 2020 there were 27,926 people or a decrease of 45.12 percent.

The ratio of foreign guests to domestic guests in January 2021 is 0.002. This means that out of 1000 guests staying at the hotel, there are 2 guests who come from abroad.

The average length of stay (foreign and domestic guests) at a star hotel in January 2021 is 1.57 days.
