Abstract

The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) of Jambi Province in March 2021 was 122.17, an increase of 3.20 percent compared to the NTP of the previous month. The increase in NTP was due to the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) increased by 3.37 percent while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) increased by 0.16 percent.

In March 2021, Jambi Province NTP for each sub-sector was recorded at 97.49 for the Food Crops sub-sector (NTPP); 104.35 for the Horticulture subsector (NTPH); 128.48 for the sub-sector of smallholding crops (NTPR); 97.61 for the Animal Husbandry subsector (NTPT); and 108.51 for the fisheries sub-sector (NTNP), which consists of Capture Fisheries (NTN) of 112.01 and Aquaculture (NTPi) of 96.75.

The Exchange Rate of Agricultural Household Businesses (NTUP) Jambi Province in March 2021 was 123.98, an increase of 3.00 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month.

Rural inflation in Jambi Province was recorded at 0.12 percent. Inflation occurred in eight household consumption groups, namely the Food, Beverage and Tobacco group; Clothing and Footwear group; Housing, Water, Electricity and Other Fuels group; Health group; Transportation group; Recreation, Sports and Culture group; Food and Beverage / Restaurant Supply group; as well as the Personal Care and Other Services group. Deflation occurred in the Household Supplies, Equipment and Routine Maintenance group. Meanwhile, in the Information, Communication and Financial Services group and in the Education group, there was no change in index.

The Jambi Province Farmer Exchange Rate in September 2020 was 110.28, an increase of 3.17 percent.

The Jambi Province Farmer Exchange Rate in August 2020 was 106.89, an increase of 3.21 percent.

The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) for Jambi Province in March 2024 was 149.49 or an increase of 2.88 percent, while the Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) was 153.70 or an increase of 3.99 percent.

The Farmer Exchange Rate of Jambi Province in January 2021 was 119.23, an increase of 1.19 percent.
