Jambi Province's economy in the third quarter of 2023, measured based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, reached IDR 74.77 trillion and at constant prices in 2010 it reached IDR 43.50 trillion.
Jambi Province's economy in the third quarter of 2023 experienced growth of 2.59 percent (q-to-q) compared to the previous quarter. In terms of production, the construction business field experienced the highest growth of 8.19 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the Export of Goods and Services component experienced the highest growth of 8.25 percent.
Jambi Province's economy in quarter III-2023 to quarter III-2022 experienced growth of 4.90 percent (y-on-y). In terms of production, the Corporate Services business field experienced the highest growth of 19.98 percent. From the expenditure side, the Gross Fixed Capital Formation component experienced the highest growth of 8.15 percent.
Until the third quarter of 2023, the Jambi Province economy experienced growth of 4.92 percent (c-to-c). From the production side, the largest growth was achieved by the Corporate Services business field at 15.37 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth occurred in the Gross Fixed Capital Formation component at 8.69 percent.
The economic structure of Jambi Province in the third quarter of 2023 is dominated by the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries categories which contribute 32.60 percent to GRDP. Meanwhile, on the expenditure side, GRDP is mostly used by the Export of Goods and Services component at 65.44 percent.
