The Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) for Jambi Province in May 2024 was 151.74, while the Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for Jambi Province was 156.41 or decreased by 0.98 percent.

Abstract

Jambi Province's NTP in May 2024 was 151.74 or a decrease of 0.96 percent compared to the previous month's NTP. The decrease in NTP was due to the Price Index Received by Farmers (It) decreasing by 0.81 percent, while the Price Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) increased by 0.16 percent. In Jambi Province, the NTP January-May 2024 increased by 5.44 percent compared to the NTP January-May 2023. In May 2024 there was an increase in the Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in Jambi Province by 0.15 percent due to an increase in the index in the Food Group , Beverages and Tobacco by 0.18 percent; Household Equipment and Routine Maintenance by 0.05 percent; Health by 0.02 percent; Transportation by 0.40 percent; Food and Beverage/Restaurant Provision of 0.34 percent; and Personal Care and Other Services by 1.05 percent. The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) for Jambi Province in May 2024 was 156.41 or decreased by 0.98 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.

Jambi Province's Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) in January 2025 was 170.70, down 0.86 percent, while the Household Business Exchange Rate Agriculture (NTUP) Jambi Province was 172.42, down 1.47 percent.
