Human Development Index of Jambi Province 2019

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life (community / population). In addition, HDI can also determine the level of development of a region / country. For Indonesia, the HDI is a strategic data because it is used as a measure of government performance and is one of the allocators for determining the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
The publication “2019 Jambi Province Human Development Index” presents the Jambi Province and Regency / City HDI figures, and is complemented by an explanation of the components forming the 2010-2019 HDI, namely: life expectancy; old school expectations, average length of schooling; and per capita expenditure per year. Achievement of human development in Jambi during the period 2010-2019 showed an increase in each year. Jambi HDI status from 2010-2019 increased from moderate to high status.
