Analysis of Latest Issues for Jambi Province 2020

Jambi Province Current Issues Analysis 2020 is a publication that presentsan overview of some of the phenomena that occurred during 2020 in Jambi Province. Publicationit addresses two themes. The first theme is “Hotel Occupancy Profile in Jambi Province”during the 2020 COVID-19 Pandemic”. Hotels are one of the worst sectorsquite severe because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The existence of hotels in Jambi Province was tested withthe COVID-19 pandemic. Whereas before the COVID-19 pandemic the development of hospitalityin Jambi Province is good and can support the community's economy.The second theme reviews the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on employment in the ProvinceJambi with the title "Determinants of Employment Opportunities in Jambi Province". Chance RateEmployment (TKK) in Jambi Province for the last 4 years has decreased. COVID-19 pandemic asone of the variables that has a significant and negative effect on TKK in addition to the variableothers such as the average length of schooling.
