Preparation Financial Statements Semester I 2022 Central Bureau of Statistics Jambi Sakti City

The Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) has officially submitted the 2021 Audit Results Report to the Head of the Central Statistics Agency with the title of Unqualified Opinion (WTP) on July 18, 2022. To maintain this achievement, the Central Statistics Agency, especially the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi City, has now started conducting the preparation of the Financial Statements for the First Semester of the 2022 Fiscal Year. The process of preparing the Financial Statements for the First Semester of 2022 requires all Work Units, including the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi City, to use the full module SAKTI application. The initial stage of implementing the full SAKTI module is migrating the initial balance from the E-Rekon application into the SAKTI application. The intended initial balance migration of Sakti, in the context of implementing Initial Balance Data Migration and Preparation of Central Government Financial Reports for Semester I through SAKTI 2022, carried out by GLP operators (General Ledger Reporting) and asset and inventory operators of the Central Statistics Agency of Jambi City. The initial balance migration process starts from matching the data on the E-Rekon and SAKTI applications, if all data is considered the same and appropriate, then the asset and inventory operator will send ADK by finalizing the data first which will then be carried out by the GLP Operator Close the Book process. The last step after closing the book on the GLP operator module is to upload the Minutes on the MONSAKTI application, namely the minutes of the fixed assets module, the minutes of the inventory module and the minutes of the GLP module.
