Recommendations for Statistical Activities as a Real Form of Sector Statistics Development

One of the tasks of BPS as the builder of statistical data is to provide recommendations in the planning process for data collection (Perpres No.39/2019 concerning One Indonesian Data). In the process of providing recommendations for statistical activities, BPS first examines the design of statistical activities submitted by Ministries/Institutions/Regional Apparatus Organizations to BPS, for which a recommendation letter will be issued.

What is a Statistical Activity Recommendation?

Recommendations for Statistical Activities are suggestions and inputs given by BPS to the organizers of statistical activities (Ministries/Institutions/Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) based on the results of BPS research and evaluation of a statistical activity design (Administrative Product Compilation and Survey Implementation). through the provision of Statistical Recommendations, among others, avoiding duplication in the administration of statistics, realizing a reliable, effective and efficient National Statistical System, providing metadata for the design of statistical activities as a statistical reference in Indonesia and encouraging the obtaining of technically accountable results of statistical activities. Because of the importance of the role of sectoral statistics development, Bungo Regency BPS, which is currently led by Refia Hendrita, S.P., M.A.P, went directly to make visits to Government Institutions that organize activities. or sectoral statistics. The visit begins with the Muara Bungo District Court which will conduct a Community Satisfaction Survey to find out the extent of community satisfaction with the services provided by the Muara Bungo District Court in 2022. The Muara Bungo District Court through Noviandi Zainal, ST as Head of the Sub-Division of Information Technology Planning and Reporting (PTIP) ) conduct technical coordination regarding procedures for submitting recommendations for sectoral statistical activities in this case the implementation of a Community Satisfaction Survey on the services provided by the Muara Bungo District Court. Submission of Recommendations for Sectoral Statistics Activities is carried out by filling out the activity plan on the web page; https://romantik.bps.go.id The instruments that must be completed include: Filling out the Survey Activity Form, Attaching a Statistical Recommendation Request Letter and Survey Form/Questionnaire. Based on an examination of the survey design, BPS Bungo Regency assessed that the Muara Bungo District Court was worthy of obtaining recommendations for the implementation of Sectoral Statistics activities published by BPS. BPS Bungo Regency issues a Letter of Recommendation and a Recommendation Number for the Community Satisfaction Survey as well as suggestions and inputs that will be carried out in the implementation of the Community Satisfaction Survey on services received by the community at the Muara Bungo District Court in 2022. It is hoped that every Ministry/Institution/Regional Apparatus Organization which organizes Statistical activities, both Compilation of Administrative Products (Kompromin) and Survey Activities to be able to submit statistical recommendations in order to encourage the obtaining of technically accountable results of statistical activities.
