Susenas is an activity that is routinely carried out by the Central Statistics Agency every year. Where every year it is held twice, the first semester is held in March and the second semester is held in September. Susenas is often called the Mother of Surveys because the range of indicators it produces is very large.

The upcoming Susenas will be held in September 2022 simultaneously throughout Indonesia. Where, the module used in the implementation in September this year is the Health and Housing Module (MKP) which will photograph specific health and housing conditions. The implementation of the Susenas this time coincides with the middle of the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) so that it has a strategic role in evaluating development achievements, especially in the fields of health, housing, and social protection. The indicators formed in the implementation of the MKP Susenas include Health Indicators, Housing Indicators, Social Protection Indicators and indicators formed from the September 2022 consumption expenditure module.
