National Statistics Day Commemoration Ceremony 2024

National Statistics Day (HSN) is commemorated every September 26. The commemoration is marked by a simultaneous assembly in all BPS offices at the central, provincial, and district/city levels, including at the BPS Jambi Province, on Thursday (26/9) morning.

Eko Libri Ardi, Head of General Affairs at the BPS Jambi Province led the HSN commemoration assembly which was attended not only by employees, but also by elements of the DWP, pensioner associations, Statistics Agents, and respondents and the best work partners from various circles. In his remarks, Eko said that BPS has a strategic role in achieving the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 by providing data to fulfill most of the 45 main development indicators.

#SahabatData, this year's HSN theme is Quality Statistics for Indonesia Emas. This theme was chosen to show the important role of quality statistics in realizing Indonesia's vision of becoming a sovereign, advanced, and sustainable country in 2045.

Statistics do not only belong to BPS. The commemoration of HSN is also used as a moment to give appreciation to the best respondents and work partners in organizing statistics in Jambi Province. Appreciation was also conveyed to a number of employees who received the title of Exemplary Statistics Person and Satyalancana Karya Satya.

Let us maintain and strengthen this spirit of togetherness for the progress of BPS and the progress of Indonesia. Happy National Statistics Day 2024.
