Abstract

With the publication of this publication, it is hoped that it can become a reference and source of data needed in planning and determining manpower development policies in Jambi Province, especially to deal with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the labor structure. In addition to planning, this publication is also used as material for evaluation of development performance because it contains reviews and indicators that can provide an overview of the state of the workforce in Jambi Province in August 2019.
