Farmer Term of Trade and Rural Inflation of Jambi Province 2020

The agricultural sector is one of the economic sectors that continuously contributes greatly to the economy in Jambi Province. This can be reflected in the high contribution of this sector in the creation of Gross Regional Domestic Products. In addition, the number of workers in the agricultural sector is also very large. Therefore, the attention of policy makers has become quite large towards the development of this sector.

Farmer Exchange Rate (NTP) and Inflation Rural is one indicator that can be used to measure the purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. The Jambi Province Central Bureau of Statistics compiled an annual publication entitled "Farmer Exchange Rates and Rural Inflation in Jambi Province 2020". This publication contains developments in the NTP and Rural Inflation indicators that can be utilized by the government in the framework of planning and evaluating the economic development of the agricultural sector, as well as research material for data user.
