Gender Analysis of Jambi Province 2017

This Gender Analysis Publication describes the condition of women compared to men in various fields. Gender inequality has become an issue in most countries both developed and developing countries and is also a very important aspect of sustainable development goals (SDGs).This publication was created to support the availability of gender-related data and information in the economy of Jambi Province in 2017. The data sources used are the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) data of March 2017 and the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) in August 2017. Expected results data and information contained in this publication can assist in policy making so as to empower women and reduce economic disparities between men and women.
