Gender Analysis of Jambi Province 2018

This Gender Analysis publication describes the condition of women compared to men in various fields. Gender inequality has become an issue in most countries, both developed and developing countries, and is also a very important aspect of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).This publication was made to support the availability of data and information related to gender in the economy in Jambi Province in 2018. The data sources used are data from the National Economic Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) in March 2018 and the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) in August 2018. Expected results from the data and information contained in this publication can assist in policy making so as to empower women and reduce economic disparity between men and women.
