Abstract

The Gender Analysis Publication presents the condition of women in comparison to men across various sectors. Gender inequality has become a critical issue in most countries—both developed and developing—and is also a key aspect of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).This publication aims to support the availability of gender-related data and information in the economic sector of Jambi Province in 2024. The data sources used are the March 2024 National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) and the August 2024 National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS). It is hoped that the data and insights presented in this publication will contribute to more informed policymaking, empowering women and reducing the economic gap between men and women.
