Key Indicators of The Labour Market of Jambi Province, February 2023

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) has been carried out by BPS semi-annually (February and August) since 2015. This survey covers all regions of Indonesia and the results are expected to be able to capture employment dynamics on an ongoing basis. Sakernas which was held in February was designed to produce estimates of employment indicators at the provincial level, while Sakernas in August was able to provide estimates of indicators up to the district/city level. To increase the accuracy of the data produced, starting in 2019, the February Sakernas sample increased to 75,000 households and to 300,000 households in August. The publication of Indonesian Labor Market Indicators February 2023 presents the development of labor market indicators referring to (Key Indicators of the Labor Market-KILM) 9th edition of 2015 recommended by the ILO (International Labor Organization).
