Abstract

The National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) has been conducted by Statistics Indonesia (BPS) on a semiannual basis (February and August) since 2015. This survey covers all regions of Indonesia and is intended to continuously capture the dynamics of the labor market. The February round of Sakernas is designed to produce labor force indicators at the provincial level, while the August round provides estimates down to the regency/municipalitylevel. The publication Labour Market Indicators of Jambi Province, August 2024 presents the development of labor market indicators based on the Key Indicators of the Labour Market (KILM), 9th edition, 2015, as recommended by the International Labour Organization (ILO). The survey periods presented in this publication include August 2023, February 2024, and August 2024.
