September 19, 2022 | Other Activities
2022 is a completely different year from the previous two.
Where, this year the Covid-19 pandemic has somewhat begun to subside and economic movements and government administrative activities have begun to stabilize, this is also what BPS employees throughout Indonesia feel.
This year there are many big activities in the form of censuses and surveys, both routine and indeed on the agenda of BPS every year in collecting data.
Among the major surveys and censuses that have been passed this year are the Wilkersatat mapping in March, the Long Form 2020 Population Census (SP2020) in June, the National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) in February and August and the March Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas), and currently ongoing The September Susenas which is no less important is the National Socio-Economic Registration Data Collection (Regsosek) which will be scheduled for data collection from mid-October to mid-November 2022.
This activity requires many partners who will serve as Field Enumerators (PCL) and Field Supervisors (PML) as well as District Statistics Coordinator (Koseka). Bungo itself requires around 616 officers who will be deployed in 153 villages in Kab. Bungo
What is Regsosek?
Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) is an effort to change the provision of sectoral socio-economic data into integrated and accurate data.
The initial Regsosek data collection will produce integrated data not only for social protection programs, but also data on the socioeconomic conditions of families needed for more targeted development planning.
This is reflected in the variables collected, namely Population and Employment, Social Protection, Housing, Education, Health and Disabilities, and Economic Empowerment.
The purpose of the Regsosek Preliminary Data Collection is to provide a system and database for the entire population consisting of profiles, social conditions, economy, and welfare levels that are linked to population master data and other databases up to the village/kelurahan level.
Regsosek includes information on socio-economic conditions which include the following:
1. Demographic socioeconomic conditions;
2. Housing conditions and clean water sanitation; 3. Asset ownership;
4. The condition of vulnerability of special population groups;
5. Geospatial information;
6. Level of welfare; and 7. Other socioeconomic information.
Implementation of the Pre-Regsosek Data Collection is based on:
1. Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics;
2. Government Regulation Number 51 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Statistics;
3. Presidential Regulation Number 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data;
4. Presidential Regulation Number 86 of 2020 concerning the Government's Work Plan for 2021;
5. Presidential Regulation Number 85 of 2021 concerning the Government's Work Plan for 2022;
6. Regulation of the Central Statistics Agency Number 7 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Central Statistics Agency;
and 7. Regulation of the Central Statistics Agency Number 8 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedure of the Provincial Central Statistics Agency and the Regency/City Central Statistics Agency
