Dreambook: A Form of Leadership Attention and Concern

In order to implement the Core Values of BERAKHLAK Service-Oriented (making continuous improvements) and Harmonious (building a conducive work environment) and realizing a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM), BPS provides a platform that connects leaders and employees called Dreambook.

Dreambook allows every employee to express their aspirations, dreams, and hopes freely without hesitation or shame. Periodically, leaders will discuss and realize them according to their priorities and benefits.

Dreambook has been implemented since 2022 until now and its benefits are still being felt by all employees and leaders. Hopefully in the future it will continue to provide benefits for all.
