The Human Development Index of Jambi Province 2024

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator for measuring success in efforts to build the quality of human (society/population) life. Apart from that, HDI can also determine the level of development of a region/country. For Indonesia, HDI is strategic data because it is used as a measure of government performance and is one of the allocators for determining the General Allocation Fund (DAU). The publication "Jambi Province Human Development Index 2024" presents the HDI figures for Jambi Province and Regency/City, and is equipped with an explanation of the components that make up the 2020–2024 HDI, namely: Life Expectancy, Expected Years of Schooling, Average Years of Schooling, and Expenditures Adjusted Real per Capita per Year. Human development achievements in Jambi during the 2020–2024 period show an increase every year. Jambi Province's HDI from 2020–2024 still remains high.
