Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is an important indicator to measure success in efforts to build the quality of human life (community/population). In addition, HDI can also determine the level of development of a region/country. For Indonesia, HDI is strategic data because it is used as a measure of government performance and is one of the allocators for determining the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
